Side Walkway & Porte Cochère Renovation Details

Please see below for the updated renovation timeline:

July 24, 2024: Renovation of the side walkway near the lobby area will commence, which may result in significant construction noise disturbances. Despite this, all facilities will remain operational.
August 1, 2024: Renovation of the Porte Cochere will begin, leading to substantial construction noise disturbances and the temporary closure of some facilities.

Facilities Overview

From August 1, 2024 onwards, guests will still be able to access to Coconut Grove Pool, Saeng Chan Pool, the Residence Infinity Pool (exclusive to Residence guests), fitness facilities, kids zone, in-room dining, and spa services. Dining area will be available at Karon Beach Square, offering breakfast and lunch on the 1st floor. MINT Bar & Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Karon Beach Square, is available for dinner.

From August 1, 2024, the Main Building, Main Pool, Pool Bar, Pacifica Restaurant, and Kinnaree Bar will be temporarily closed.

Check-in & Check-out Process

The check-in and check-out lobby will temporarily relocate to Karon Beach Square, ground floor, our charming beachfront area, starting from August 1, 2024.

The guest drop-off area is situated at Karon Beach Road (Resort's Beach Entrance). As for buses, they will also utilize the drop-off area on Karon Beach Road, near Karon Beach Square. Please note that there will be no parking available for buses, except in cases where they do not have guests, in which they may stand by in the main parking area.

Dining Information

Dining area will be available at Karon Beach Square, 1st floor, offering breakfast and lunch. MINT Bar & Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Karon Beach Square, is available for dinner.

Pools and Amenities

From August 1, 2024, three pools will be accessible. The Coconut Grove Pool and Saeng Chan Pool are open to all guests, while exclusive access to the Residence Infinity Pool is reserved for those staying in the Residence units. It's important to note that all pools will be open daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
