Resort Location & Accessibility

While we don't have a private beach, our resort is conveniently located right next to the beach. Simply cross a small beach road, and you'll find yourself on the pristine white sand shoreline.

There are various attractions and amenities in the vicinity, including restaurants, bars, clothing shops, grocery stores, Karon Temple (with night markets on Tuesdays and Fridays), a public park, medical and dental clinics, and pharmacies. Kata Beach is a 5-minute drive away, Patong is 10 minutes away, and Phuket Town is a 20-minute drive.

Room Information

If you're looking to stay closest to the beach, consider our Two-Bedroom Residence and Two-Bedroom Residence Premium options. These accommodations are situated at the front of the resort, closest to the beach.

Two of our room types offer private plunge pools:

Plunge Pool Villa: Situated in our lush tropical garden, it boasts a small private plunge pool on the terrace, along with indoor and outdoor daybeds and a bathtub.
Penthouse Plunge Pool Villa: Positioned above the Plunge Pool Villa, this option includes a private rooftop lounge with a plunge pool and sundeck.

Facilities

Paradox Resort Phuket boasts a total of three pools:

Coconut Grove Pool: Exclusive to VILLA guests, offering a tranquil atmosphere. Open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.'
Saeng Chan Pool: Located near the SPA and is temporarily closed.'
The Residence Infinity Pool: Reserved for guests staying in the Residence units. Open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Check-In & check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm or any time thereafter to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for our guests.

Our check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Please ensure you have packed your belongings and returned your room keys by this time. If you require a late check-out, contact our Front Desk team, and we will try to accommodate your request.

You can request an early check-in or late check-out, depending on room availability. Please inquire about early check-ins before your arrival and late check-outs on the day of departure. Contact our Front Desk for assistance.

Child policy

Yes. Our child policy is as follows:

Children aged 0-5 can share a bed with parents or guardians and enjoy complimentary breakfast.
Children aged 6-11 can share a bed with parents or guardians, with an additional charge of THB250++ for breakfast.
Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.

Restaurants, Food & Beverage

We have on-site restaurants and bars, including:

MINT Bar & Restaurant (by the beach, open from 4:00 pm to midnight)
Pool Bar (at the main pool, open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm)
Kinnaree Bar (at the lobby level, open from 2:00 pm to midnight)

Transportation

Yes, we offer airport transfers for an additional charge of THB1,000 for a car (2-3 passengers) and THB1,400 for a van. To book an airport transfer, please provide your flight details, preferred date, and the number of passengers in advance.

Activities

We offer a range of daily activities for guests of all ages, including yoga, stretching, Thai boxing classes, a fitness center, and pool tables. Kids can enjoy activities like painting, drawing, and yoga classes. We also have family-friendly activities such as water scooters, Thai dance, Thai language lessons, and more.

Pets

Lost & found

If you've left something behind, our security team has a lost and found area. Just drop by our Front Desk, and our friendly staff will help you locate it.
