There are three Palm meeting rooms each offering 120 sqm of space for up to 120 people in a cocktail setting or 35 in a boardroom configuration. Additionally, the resort also offers four other meeting spaces – Board Room, Tamarind, Teak, and Morinda – that can cater for groups from 20 to 120. Each room can be configured to suit any requirement from boardroom or seminar set up to cocktail reception or private dinner arrangements and a full range of sophisticated user-friendly audio-visual event equipment is available.

For event organizers that require extra space, there are seven breakout rooms that can be used in addition to the ballroom to accommodate up to 1,200 guests in total.
