Yes, to ensure a smooth check-in process, please register your pets either before your arrival or during the check-in. We want to make sure everything is in place to provide a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion. Please note that while we love accommodating pets, they are not allowed in our Pool & Hot tub area (excluding registered service animals) to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee of CAD$25.00 for dogs staying at our hotel. This fee helps us maintain our pet-friendly environment and keep everything fresh and clean.

While we typically limit our furry guests to dogs at Aava, we have had some unique visitors over the years, including cats, birds, snakes, and even a grizzly bear (yes, a film-trained bear actor!). If you are considering bringing an unconventional or exotic pet, please give us a call to discuss your specific situation.

We care about the comfort and safety of your pets, so we recommend avoiding leaving them alone in the room. However, if you need to step out briefly, we suggest leaving them in their cozy pet crate until you return. Please note that if your dog becomes uncomfortable or causes disturbances for other guests when left alone, a disturbance charge may be applied to your room account.

While we don't provide pet food due to dietary preferences and owner choices, we do have dog bowls and doggy bags available upon request. Also, don't forget to swing by our Front Desk for some treats as you pass through the lobby. We love pampering our four-legged guests!
