Yes, to ensure a smooth check-in process, please register your dog(s) either before your arrival or during the check-in. We want to make sure everything is in place to provide a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion. Please note that while we love accommodating your dog, they are not allowed in our Pool & Hot tub area (excluding registered service animals) to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Unfortunately not. Dogs are the only animals we allow at The Aava.

We care about the comfort and safety of your pets, so we recommend avoiding leaving them alone in the room. However, if you need to step out briefly, we suggest leaving them in their cozy pet crate until you return. Please note that if your dog becomes uncomfortable or causes disturbances for other guests when left alone, a disturbance charge may be applied to your room account.

For the comfort of you pet, if you do decide to stay away for a longer period of time during the day, we recommend connecting with a pet sitter for the day.

While we don't provide pet food due to dietary preferences and owner choices, we do have dog bowls and doggy bags available upon request. Also, don't forget to swing by our Front Desk for some treats as you pass through the lobby. We love pampering our four-legged guests!
