Join us at The Fax Bar for an elegant high tea experience in the heart of Sydney CBD. Discover a beautifully curated menu of pink-inspired desserts, creative savoury bites and freshly baked buttermilk scones, all presented on a traditional three-tier stand and served with your choice of specialty tea.

Sweet highlights include our Rose & Strawberry Profiterole, Pink Guava and Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse, Baked Raspberry Cheesecake and Vanilla Macarons. Savoury creations range from Prawn Cocktail and Beetroot Mousse with Salmon Roe to our playful Cheeseburger Spring Roll.

Perfect for a celebration, a stylish catch-up with friends or a memorable afternoon in Sydney, the Pink High Tea invites you to slow down, connect and see life through rose-coloured glasses.

Gluten-free, vegan, children’s and group menus are also available.

Available for a limited time only, from 1 October to 30 November 2026, with prices from $85 per adult and $40 per child under 12.
