The menu focuses on Australian ingredients and seasonal flavours. Signature dishes include Paradox Ravioli, Paradox Bowls, Paradox Spiced Kangaroo Loin, Tasmanian Lamb Rack and Paradox Pavlova. Seasonal specials are introduced throughout the year, with the main menu refreshed twice annually.
