Set within the heritage surrounds of Paradox Sydney, this light-filled dining space offers a generous buffet breakfast shaped by seasonal favourites, freshly baked pastries, wholesome classics and barista-crafted coffee. Eggs are prepared to order, while the menu also includes Bircher muesli, a vegan breakfast and our signature Paradox Cloud Omelette. A rotating Chef’s Special adds variety each day, alongside a dedicated gluten-free section, vegetarian and vegan options, and a thoughtful selection of alternative milks. Framed by natural light and the timeless character of the historic building, breakfast becomes a welcome pause before the rhythm of the day begins.
