Terms and conditions

  • This package is applicable for any stays with your pet(s) at our hotel and is for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 pet dogs or cats with a combined weight of no more than 15kg.
  • Furkids are welcome in the hotel's public areas except for gym, swimming pool, spa and indoor space of our dining outlets.
  • Pet owners are required to keep their furkids leashed or in a carrier at all times while in public areas of the hotel.
  • Pets must not be left unattended at any time and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furkids.
  • A refundable security deposit of S$250 will be collected upon check-in. The room will be assessed for damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repairs are necessary beyond the normal process, the guest will be charged additional fees.
  • The hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses, injury or responsibility for the care, safety and behaviour of pets at any times.
    We strongly advise guests to take necessary precautions to ensure their furkids' well-being during their stay.
  • The package is subject to availability, and black out dates apply.
  • Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation.
  • All purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Prices are in Singapore dollars and are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
  • In case of any dispute, Paradox Singapore Merchant Court reserves the right to make the final decision.
