This new dining venue will bring innovative menus, a French Canadian flair with Pacific Northwest ingredients, right to the heart of Summit Lodge. Can't wait until late 2024? Neither can we! That's why they are offering a sneak peek of what's to come. Join us at their breakfast pop-up at Caramba Restaurant, open daily from 8am to noon. Here, you can sample some of the incredible dishes that will soon be a staple at Summit Lodge. It's the perfect way to get a taste of the future while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Caramba.
