Every dish is crafted with care and creativity, from vibrant breakfast spreads to chef-led evening menus rooted in community and culture — designed to surprise and delight.

We feature Australia’s finest producers: Olsson Sea Salt Flakes from Port Alma QLD, Lilydale Free Range Chicken from regional NSW, Hiramasa Kingfish, Four Pillars Gin–infused salmon roe from the Yarra Valley, and Paesanella Burrata from Marrickville. Savour Southern Prime steak, Muscovy duck leg, Humpty Doo barramundi from the NT, Queensland king prawns, and kangaroo loin — each ingredient thoughtfully selected to celebrate the best of our backyard.
