This promotion is valid for new group bookings contracted within the promotional booking window. Existing contracted groups, tentative bookings, or programs previously confirmed are not eligible.

Contracts must be signed by June 30, 2026. Applicable for meetings and events actualizing on or before December 31, 2026.

Tier eligibility is determined by total contracted and actualized event spend, inclusive of:

• Guestroom revenue
• Catering and banquet food & beverage
• Meeting room rental
• Taxes, service charges, third-party vendor costs, and commissions are excluded.

Final reward tier is based on actualized spend, not contracted projections. Should the final spend fall below the qualifying threshold, the reward will be adjusted to the corresponding tier or forfeited.

Planners may select one (1) perk per qualified event. Perk selection must be confirmed in writing and will be documented in the group contract or addendum.

Groups contracting by April 30, 2026 with a minimum of 15 guestrooms on peak and two-night stay qualify for two (2) perks within the earned tier.

Double perks must be selected from the same tier level and are subject to actualized performance.

All rewards will be issued post-event upon receipt of full payment and reconciliation of the master account.

Credits applied to the master account are based on actualized eligible spend and will be reflected on the final invoice.

Gift cards and merchandise rewards:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are subject to availability
• May be substituted with items of equal value if unavailable

Complimentary stay rewards:

• Subject to blackout dates
• Based on availability
• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash

Hosted receptions and wellness experiences:

• Must be utilized in conjunction with the contracted event
• Cannot be redeemed separately
• Guest count caps apply as specified
• Additional guests billed at prevailing rates

Donations will be made on behalf of the meeting planner to a registered charity of their choice. Proof of donation can be provided upon request.
