Join us at Paradox Sydney for a special evening with Petersons Wines and Savannah Estate, where thoughtfully paired wines meet a menu created by our culinary team.

Your evening begins with sparkling wine at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner at 7 pm in the elegant Lady Fairfax Room overlooking Australia Square. Each pairing brings together flavours from our kitchen and wines from our guest wineries, with plenty of time to savour both.

Once home to John Fairfax & Sons, our building has a few stories of its own. Settle in for an evening worth adding to yours.
