CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

The minimum age for check-in will be for 18 years and above. Children must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Yes, the hotel collects an S$100 per night incidental deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded to you if unutilised.

ROOM INFORMATION

Yes. Children 12 years of age and above are considered adults at this property and there is no additional charge for a child under 12 years of age occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (on existing bedding).

The baby crib may be arranged upon request at no extra charge. Extra bed upon request is at S$120 per bed per night. If you need an extra bed, simply let us know before your arrival or during check-in.

Price is subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.

Yes, our hotel is pet friendly for both cats and dogs under 15kg. Spoil your furkid with a fun staycation at our pet-friendly hotel. Only Select Clarke Quay and Select Studio Rooms are available for guests staying with pets.

Connecting or adjoining rooms are available with the following additional charge:

S$50 per night for one guaranteed connecting set of rooms
S$30 per night for one guaranteed adjoining set of room

TRANSPORTATION

The hotel provides two levels of basement parking.
Daily (Monday to Sunday):
- $5.00 for the 1st hour
- Every subsequent 30 minutes or part thereof: $2.50

The hotel does not provide any complimentary airport shuttle, but Airport transfers or taxis can be arranged by the Concierge at a fee. Do contact our Concierge team (concierge@paradoxsingapore.com) for more information.

Pets

Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Only Select Clarke Quay and Select Studio Rooms are available for guests staying with pets.

The hotel will collect a refundable S$250 security deposit upon check-in. The room will be assessed for damages prior to check-out. In the event that extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal process, the guest will be charged additional fees.

There are customised welcome gifts for your furkids that come with complimentary use of pet amenities such as a pet bed and pee pads. As for dining, The Alfresco is officially pet-friendly, so bring your fur friends along when you dine with us. However, our restaurants do not serve a pet-friendly menu.

FITNESS AND WELLNESS

There is a well-equipped gymnasium that offers personal training sessions and operates 24 hours daily so guests can exercise any time of the day. There is also a membership program for the gym which allows exclusive access to other facilities as such:

Other benefits include free parking for the first two hours and a 20% discount from a hotel restaurant for ala carte items.

A 24-hour self-service launderette is located at Level 2. All washing machines are pre-loaded with washing detergent for your convenience at a fee of S$13 per token.

There is an automated foreign exchange machine located in the hotel that converts up to 16 different currencies including Korean Won, British Pound, and Chinese Yuan into Singapore Dollars. Guests are allowed to acquire local currency up to a limit of S$1500.
