Package is for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 pet dogs with a combined weight of no more than 15kg
The Pawcation Retreat package must be booked should you wish to stay at the hotel with your furkids. No other room packages are applicable
Do note that furkids are welcome in the hotel's public areas except for the gym, swimming pool, spa, and indoor space of our dining outlets
Pet owners will need to keep their furkids leashed or in a carrier at all times while in public areas of the hotel
Pets must not be left unattended at any time
Pet owners are to be responsible for cleaning after their furkids
The hotel will collect a refundable S$250 security deposit upon check-in. The room will be assessed for damages prior to check-out. In the event that extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal process, the guest will be charged additional fees.
Pet friendly menu is not available in any of our dining outlets
Bookings must be made a minumum of 7 days prior to arrival
Package is subject to availability, blackout dates apply
Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation
Reservation cannot be cancelled and is non-amendable and non-refundable
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes
In case of any dispute, Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay reserves the right of final decision
