Terms and conditions
• Valid for stays arriving between September 2nd, 2024, and February 28th, 2025.
• Reservations must be made by February 28th, 2025.
• To avoid a one-night cancellation fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before 3 PM local time on the day of arrival.
• For Capilano Suspension Bridge Park Experience:
o Voucher Distribution: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park vouchers will be distributed upon arrival. The number of admission tickets will correspond to the number of registered guests at the time of booking. One voucher is issued per confirmed reservation.
o Voucher Redemption: Vouchers are not valid on December 25th, 2024, and will be void if altered. Redemption is subject to availability and weather conditions. Vouchers are non-cash redeemable, must be used in full, and cannot be split. The original voucher is required upon arrival, and only the bearer may redeem it. Each voucher allows one-time entry only.
