Celebrate the Dragon Year at Mott 32 Vancouver
As we eagerly welcome the Year of the Dragon, symbolizing power, nobility, honor, luck, and success in the Chinese zodiac, Mott 32 Vancouver unveils an exclusive Lunar New Year menu crafted by Group Executive Chef Lee Man Sing and Head Chef He Hong Wei. Available from February 9 to 24, this limited-time menu pays homage to traditional Lunar New Year blessings, featuring dishes such as Whole Lobster & Abalone (Lo Hei) Salad, Bird’s Nest in Supreme Soup, and iconic Dried Oyster Bean Curd Rolls.
Mott 32, a multi-award-winning culinary concept seamlessly blending Chinese culture with contemporary recipes, invites guests to join the festivities during lunch and dinner services. The carefully selected menu items symbolize good fortune, health, luck, and prosperity for the upcoming year, complemented by featured cocktails and wines. Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024, Mott 32, founded in Hong Kong, expands globally with new locations opening in Toronto and Scottsdale during the Year of the Dragon.
