Babysitters are available by appointment at a fee. To arrange for this service, please contact the Front Desk Team preferably one day in advance.

Baggage service and luggage storage are available at the Bell Desk located on Lobby Level.

Check-in time is 3.00 pm while check-out time is 12.00 noon. Please contact the Front Desk Team if you need to arrange for a late check-out (subject to room availability).

Please contact the Concierge (located on Lobby level) to book sightseeing tours, request flight re-confirmation and make travel arrangements.

Exchange of selected foreign currencies and traveller’s cheques is available at the Front Desk Cashier.

For security reasons, the guest floor elevators are only accessible with your room key card.

Enjoy easy broadband connectivity and access to a spectrum of Internet-related services in the hotel.

A 24-hour self-service launderette is located at Level 2. All washing machines are pre-loaded with washing detergent for your convenience.

All our guest rooms are equipped with a minibar. For hygiene purposes, the minibar has been emptied and sanitised but can be filled upon request.

The hotel provides two levels of basement parking.

Our Concierge team will be able to assist with packing and mailing services. Postage stamps can be purchased at the Concierge as well.

In-room Dining Service is available from 7.00am to 10.30pm.

For your convenience, an in-room safe is located inside the wardrobe. Please ensure all valuables and money are secured before leaving your room.

A 10% service charge and prevailing government tax are added to your account.

Airport transfers or taxis can be arranged at the Concierge.
