Urgent Maintenance Notice: Lobby Main Entrance

The urgent maintenance will take place at the Lobby Main Entrance, starting from March 17, 2025, expected to last approximately two weeks.

Facilities Overview

The Kids' Club will remain open as usual on the ground floor of the main building. However, please note that there may be significant noise disturbances.

Check-in & Check-out Process

The guest drop-off area is located in front of the grand staircase (leading to the Pre-Function area) on the left side upon entering the hotel's parking lot.

Parking is available for both cars and buses.

Dining Information

Dining area will be available at Pacifica Restaurant, Kinnaree Bar, Pool Bar, and MINT Bar & Restaurant (beachfront).

Pools and Amenities

4 Pools will remain open as usual:

Main Pool: Available for All Guests

Open 7:00 to 20:30 hrs.
Depth of 1.20 meters

Coconut Grove Pool: Exclusively Available for Villa Guests.

Open 8:00 to 18:00 hrs.
Depth of 3 meters

Saeng Chan Pool: Available for All Guests

Open 8:00 to 18:00 hrs.
Depth of 3 meters

Infinity Pool: Reserved for Guests staying in the Residence Units.

Open 8:00 to 18:00 hrs.
Depth of 1.20 meters
